Classes & Workshops

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED! HURRY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT!
This season, Kelrik will hold after-school workshops throughout the year! There are many classes for actors of all ages and abilities! Study with a group of professionals, share feelings and responsibilities, make new friends, gain self-confidence, develop independent thinking and explore the power of theatre and their own imaginations, from the inside out. Discover your own artistic voice, expand communication and imagination skills, and feel good about yourself and your work. These workshops focus on theater as a total activity and will conclude with a fun performance for family and friends!

No matter where you perform, no matter what roles you play in life or on the stage, no matter how you see yourself, Kelrik’s Workshop will help you excel in classroom participation, one-on-one personal conversations, and every play in which you ever perform, from school to a Broadway stage.

If you answered yes, then our Volunteer Usher Program might be perfect for you!

    Benefits of ushering:
  • One complimentary ticket for every three ushering shifts!
  • Support one of the top youth theatres in the country
  • Enjoy the performance when not assisting patrons
  • Watch children and families experience the magic of live theatre!
    Responsibilities of ushers:
  • Black and white attire, preferably a white collared shirt and black pants or skirt
  • Seat audience, distribute Playbills and Play Guides

Ushers are needed for all Performances. Volunteer usher shifts begin 75 minutes prior to each show. (i.e., arrive @ 12:45 pm for a 2:00pm show.) Ushers must be at least 12 years old and are invited to watch our 1 hour performances in any available seat but aren't required to stay.
